<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business support system that achieves full-automatic custom-made delivery of electronic mail that is transmitted from a sales representative to a client, according to the client, with minimum labor. <P>SOLUTION: The business support system includes: a recipient database storing recipient data; a text database storing the text of electronic mail to be delivered; a delivery schedule management function for managing the delivery schedule of the electronic mail to be delivered; a recipient input means for outputting a candidate list of recipients from the recipient data, and for receiving designation of the recipient; a text input means for outputting a candidate list to be delivered from the text, and for designating the text to be transmitted; a delivery schedule input means for designating the recipient and the time to deliver the text; and an electronic mail transmission means for transmitting the electronic mail based on the designated delivery schedule. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
