PURPOSE: A source driver of a liquid display device is provided to make the size of a chip small even though the size of the digital-analog converter of a liquid crystal display device driver chip increases. CONSTITUTION: A shift register(110) generates a Nth pixel output signal and a plurality of sequential data clock signals by a chip enable signal and an internal clock signal. A gray code data buffer(170) transfers a gray code to the shift register. A digital comparator(120) compares the output of the shift register with a gray code value. A slope generator(190) makes the slope corresponding to the conversion value of digital data. The first and second capacitors store the output of an SR latch by an analog value.
