PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing an electrode for electric discharging and an electric discharging machine with an electrode manufacturing function are provided to prevent errors occurred due to the attachment of an electrode. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an electrode for electric discharging is as follows. A plating material(20) is put into an electric plating bath(10). A mask(30) with a hole(31) is installed in the top end of the electric plating bath. A base electrode(40) is located at the top of the mask and is electrically connected to the plating material. An electrolyte flows over through the hole of the mask. An electrode, which has the same shape as the hole of the mask, is grown on the base electrode.
