PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion device including a control section on which whichever a float-type or optical liquid level sensor can be loaded, and a control program. SOLUTION: The control section has a signal input section, a power source supply section, and a reference potential section (OV). When the optical liquid level sensor is connected, it is connected to the signal input section, the power source supply section and the reference potential section (OV), and when the float-type liquid level sensor composed of a lead switch is connected, it is connected to the signal input section and the reference potential section (OV). Accordingly, the combustion device including the control section on which either the float-type or optical liquid level sensor can be loaded, and the control program, can be provided.
