PURPOSE: A method for isolating an organic acid and/or amino acid solid phase layer containing organic acid and/or amino acid is provided to prevent lactic acid contamination and to save process cost. CONSTITUTION: A method for isolating organic acid from fermented broth comprises: a step of preparing a feeder containing a fermented product with organic acid; a step of providing ion exchange adsorption medium; and a step of eluting the feeder to a mobile phase through the ion exchange adsorption medium and isolating organic acid. The mobile phase is a diluted organic acid or water. The organic acid is lactic acid or acetic acid.
