<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive gas barrier plastic container in which a gas barrier thin film is applied to an inner surface, an outer surface or both the surfaces by a plasma enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) process, and which demonstrates excellent gas barrier properties. SOLUTION: In this plastic container, the gas barrier thin film is applied to the inner surface, the outer surface or both the surfaces by the plasma enhanced CVD process. Characteristically, a resin material of a surface, to which the thin film is applied, is a polyethylene terephthalate resin in which copolymerization of terephthalic acid, ethylene glycol and cyclohexanedimethanol are copolymerized with one another.</p> |
