<p>PURPOSE: A voltage-limiting and reverse polarity series type led device is provided to additionally connect a current limit impedance element and/or an axial discharge apparatus, thereby generating a property of configured operation. CONSTITUTION: An LED(101) includes one or more light emitting diodes connected in parallel or serially with the same polarity. An LED(102) includes one or more light emitting diodes connected in parallel or serially with the same polarity. A Zener diode includes one or more Zener diodes or a circuit device with the same function. A Zener diode(501) with the same polarity as the LED is parallel-connected to constitute a first LED and a Zener diode set. A Zener diode(502) with the same polarity as the LED is parallel-connected to constitute a second LED and the Zener diode set.</p> |
