PURPOSE: An LED device is provided to reduce the size or thickness of a lighting device by including an additional space unit for receiving a power supply unit in the center thereof. CONSTITUTION: A first case(110) includes an inwardly bent unit and an outwardly bent unit in a lighting direction. An internal LED unit emits light to the outwardly bent unit in a lateral direction. An LED control unit includes a diffusion plate(143) which uniformizes the color and brightness of light by scattering light inputted from a light guide plate. The LED control unit includes a prism sheet and a dummy sheet which covers the prism sheet. A protrusion unit is formed on one side of a second case(150) to have a size and a shape corresponding to the inner surface of the inwardly bent unit.
