MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HEALTHY DRINK USING A MULBERRY TREE

PURPOSE: A producing method of a health beverage using mulberry branches is provided to secure the excellent taste, nutrition, and consumer preference of users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a health beverage using mulberry branches comprises the following steps: collecting the mulberry branches in February and March(S110); cutting the mulberry branches into the fixed size(S120); drying the cut mulberry branches in the shade; secondly drying the dried mulberry branches in the sun(S130); roasting the dried mulberry branches at 70~90deg C for 3~5hours; and mixing 1part of roasted mulberry branches by weight with 100~200parts of purified water, and extracting the mixture for 3~5hours at 100~120deg C(S150).
