PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly raise the end b of a log boom B with a small force without allowing the end b of the log boom B to be hooked to stubs, rocks, pebbles, or the like near a slope C even if the end b of the log boom B is raised on the slope C by covering the end b of the log boom B installed in a dam lake D by a log boom anchoring and protecting sheet A (in a wound around state) and closing fasteners 2, 2 to store the end b of the log boom B in the front and rear materials 1, 1, and also well store the end of the log boom by squeezing one end d of the end b of the log boom B by a squeezing rope 3. SOLUTION: This log boom anchoring and protecting sheet A is long enough to cover the end b of the log boom B. The sheet includes at least the front and rear materials 1, 1. The fasteners 2, 2 are attached to the long materials 1, 1 at both upper and lower ends in the longitudinal direction, respectively.
