COLOR FILM AND DISPLAY DEVICE HAVING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A color film and a display device having the color film are provided to embody beautiful outlook by displaying a color on a screen even in an off-mode of an electronic device. CONSTITUTION: A color film comprises: a base film; a transparent insulation layer formed in the base film; and a plurality of patterns which are formed in the transparent insulation layer and are arranged at the same interval as the wavelength of a color to be displayed. The base film is made of polyethylene terephthalate. The transparent insulation layer is made of photo-acryl. The display device is comprised of a display panel and a color film(150) embodying a color. The display panel comprises a liquid crystal panel, a plasma display panel, and an organic electroluminescent display panel.
