PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for notifying a driver that another vehicle is approaching. SOLUTION: A positional information acquiring unit 22 acquires positional information of a vehicle. An intersection predicting unit 44 associates the positional information with geographic information to predict an intersection to be entered by the vehicle. An entry predicting unit 46 acquires the positional information of another vehicle included in a packet signal from a transmitter apparatus mounted on the other vehicle, and associates the positional information of the other vehicle with the geographic information, to predict whether the other vehicle enters the intersection predicted by the intersection predicting unit 44. If the entry of the other vehicle is predicted, then an influence predicting unit 48 predicts, based on traveling-direction information of the other vehicle acquired from the packet signal, whether the vehicle is influenced by traveling of the other vehicle.
