<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic capacitance-type input device in which a first electrode, a second electrode, an inter-layer insulating film, a relay electrode, and peripheral wiring can be formed by three times in total of patterning formation and a method for manufacturing the capacitance-type input device. <P>SOLUTION: In a capacitance-type input device 1, a first electrode 211 and a second electrode 212 are configured of a first translucent conductive film 4a formed of an ITO film, and a relay electrode 215 is configured of an IZO film and a second translucent conductive film 4b formed of the laminate film of a silver type metallic layer and the IZO layer, and peripheral wiring 27 is also configured of the second translucent conductive film 4b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
