<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical device, a method for manufacturing the same and an electronic apparatus that can implement a thin device design and prevent soil on a substrate surface while preventing an electrostatic breakdown. <P>SOLUTION: The electro-optical device includes an input panel body 21, a counter substrate 22 opposed to the input panel body 21, wiring 23 and 24 arranged between the input panel body 21 and the counter substrate 22 and provided on at least either of the input panel body 21 and the counter substrate 22, a bonding member 30 arranged between the input panel body 21 and the counter substrate 22 and fixedly bonding the input panel body 21 and the counter substrate 22 with the wiring 23 and 24 exposed at least partly, and an insulating member 31 arranged between the input panel body 21 and the counter substrate 22 and provided over the entire exposed part of the wiring 23 and 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
