A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode and a nonaqueous electrolyte. At least one of the positive electrode and the negative electrode is an electrode including a current collector 1, an active material layer 2 provided on the surface of the current collector 1 and containing an aqueous binder, and an inorganic particle layer 3 provided on the active material layer 2 and containing a solvent-based binder. An organic anticorrosive layer 1a is provided at the surface of the current collector 1.
