<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind turbine generator driven even when a strong wind blows and supplying electric power in high efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: This wind turbine generator includes: a hollow vessel; a blade rotated around a first shaft substantially parallel to a wind direction; a first magnetic field generator provided on a part of the blade; a second magnetic field generator provided on the periphery of the blade; and a generator generating electricity by converting rotational energy received by the blade into electric energy. The blade is linearly driven by the first magnetic field generator and the second magnetic field generator.
