PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure for a printed wiring board facilitating manufacture of the board and achieving favorable and highly reliable electric connection. SOLUTION: The structure includes a child board 1 having a plurality of connection pieces 11 each being formed with a first connection pattern 10 and a mother board 2 having a plurality of connection holes 21 into which the connection pieces 11 are inserted. A second connection pattern 20 to be electrically connected with the first connection pattern 10 is formed on a peripheral edge part and inner peripheral surface of each connection hole 21. Each connection piece 11 is inserted into each connection hole 21. The connection patterns 10, 20 are soldered to electrically and mechanically connect together the boards 1, 2. The connection piece 11 has through holes 12 passing through the piece in its thickness direction and covered with a conductive material on its inner peripheral surface.
