The hob has a base plate, and a temperature sensor (8) arranged in a housing (9) and pressed at a lower side of the base plate. The housing includes spring-loaded airfoils (10a, 10b) that produce pressing force during pressing of the temperature sensor at the lower side. The housing is made of plastic, where the airfoils are arranged in an angle of 90 degree in a circumferential direction. The airfoils are made of silicone material with shore hardness of 45. The sensor is mounted in flat bearing areas (11a, 11b) of the airfoils.
