In addition to assigning an image position (x, y) to each volume position (X, Y, Z), according to the inventive method the shape of the imaging of a punctiform particle in the measuring volume is described by a shape parameter (a, b, f, I) and for each detector surface the corresponding set of shape parameter values is assigned to each volume position (X, Y, Z).
