Disclosed are: a central nervous system tissue labeling composition which can label tissues of the central nervous system; a method for labeling tissues of the central nervous system in a non-invasive manner; and a screening method using the central nervous system tissue labeling composition. Specifically disclosed is a composition for labeling tissues of the central nervous system in vivo, which is characterized by comprising at least one of compounds respectively represented by general formulae (1) and (7) as an active ingredient.
