PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a rubber foam excellent in flame retardancy. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for a flame-retardant rubber foam comprises adding 5-20 pts.wt. of chlorinated paraffin, 10-30 pts.wt. of antimony trioxide, a foaming agent, a crosslinking agent, a process oil, a filler, and a reinforcing agent to 100 pts.wt. of chloroprene rubber, and kneading, filling up the resultant material into a sealed mold, and heating it under pressurization, partially decomposing the foaming agent and reducing the pressure and taking out the middle foam, and then heating it under normal pressure again, reducing the pressure after decomposing the residual foaming agent, to obtain a foam, and heating the obtained foam at 60-100°C under normal pressure for after-crosslinking.
