Disclosed is a human antibody or antibody fragment which specifically binds an epitope within the N-terminus-DSL domain of human delta like ligand 4 (hDll4). Also disclosed are isolated nucleic acid molecules, vectors, isolated host cells, methods for producing the antibody and the use of the antibody in the manufacture of a medicament for use to attenuate or inhibit a Dll4-related disease.
