The floor covering or mortar pre-package is formed using vacuum-packed mixture comprising granulate material and binding material hardened in air, where the mixture is located in a hermetically sealed package formed from air-tight packaging material. The packaging material is coated with aluminum on one side. The hermetically sealed package is designed in the form of a sack. Marble granulate or quartz granulate is used as the granulate material. The binding material contains liquid plastic, polyurea and artificial resin such as polyurethane and epoxy resin. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a floor covering or mortar pre-package.
