<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preserved plant-processed product intended for cut flower, leaf or stem, which is excellent in deodorizing function and antibacterial function, and a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The preserved plant-processed product includes a preserved plant produced by processing a plant (preserved flower or preserved green) and a photocatalyst material which is formed as a film on the surface of the preserved plant by adhering a photocatalyst solution thereto under ultraviolet ray.
