FOAM AND SANDWICH PANEL FOR CONSTRUCTION BY USING HIGH MELT TENSION POLYPROPYLENE

PURPOSE: A foam and a sandwich panel for construction using high-melt tension polypropylene are provided to prevent poisonous gas and harmful elements from being generated in case of a fire. CONSTITUTION: A foam(3) for construction comprises polypropylene based resin 90~99 weight%, nucleating agent 0.5~5 weight%, and foaming agent 0.5~5 weight%. The polypropylene based resin contains non-crosslinked high-melt tension polypropylene resin more than 50 weight%. The Molecular Weight Distribution of the non-crosslinked high-melt tension polypropylene resin is more than 4.
