HAPTIC WHEEL, SECURITY INPUT DEVICE USING THE SAME, A METHOD FOR HAPTIC INTERFACE, AND A METHOD FOR INPUTTING SECURITY CODE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A haptic wheel, a security input device using the same, a haptic interface method, and a method for inputting a security code using the same are provided to improve security by avoiding the recognition of haptic signals allocated to the wheel into the visual information about the wheel. CONSTITUTION: A rotation angle measure unit(440) measures the rotation angle of a wheel. If the rotation angle corresponds to the predetermined angular range, an actuator(460) creates haptic signals allocated to the angular range and feedbacks the haptic signals to a user. An input unit inputs the haptic signals. The haptic signals allocated to the angular range are distinguished according to patterns.
