摘要 |
PURPOSE: A fast recovery voltage regulator is provided to easily be adapted in changing a current for a load device by supplying a driving current to an output voltage through a plurality of switching devices. CONSTITUTION: In a fast recovery voltage regulator, a plurality of switching devices(101) are connected in parallel with each other. A plurality of switching devices receive an input voltage and selectively supply a valid driving current variable according to a controlled DC output voltage. A first feedback signal and a second feedback signal are supplied by comparing the controlled DC output voltage with first and second reference voltage. A controller(120) comprises a digital logic circuitry which varies a state by using a clock signal from a clock(124) A valid driving current is varied according to at least one switching device which is selected from a plurality of switching device.
