PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polycarbonate having excellent heat-resistant stability, providing a molding product having an excellent mechanical strength in melt molding. SOLUTION: This polycarbonate has a ratio of integrated intensity of a signal derived from methyl group detected in a range of δ=1.50 to 2.00 ppm in 1H-NMR spectrum measured by using deuterated chloroform as a solvent to the total of integrated intensities of signals detected in four ranges of δ=2.14 to 2.17 ppm, δ=3.46 to 3.49 ppm, δ=3.62 to 3.69 ppm and δ=5.42 to 5.46 ppm of 0.01 to 2.0%. |
