PURPOSE: A MBMS(Multimedia Broadcast and Multicast Service) bearer setting management method and an apparatus thereof are provided to store the information corresponding to each session as many as the session number. CONSTITUTION: A bearer context management unit(610) constitutes a MBMS bearer context including information corresponding to one service and information corresponding to each of a plurality of sessions. A bearer setup management unit(620) manages the MBMS bearer setting by using the information corresponding to one service and the information corresponding to a plurality of sessions. The information corresponding to a plurality of sessions comprises the number of the session corresponding to one service and an each session identifier of the plurality of sessions.
