PURPOSE: A bone fixing device is provided to enable a surgeon or other operators to easily fix a bone. CONSTITUTION: A bone fixing element rotates around a receiving unit. A head(3) is fixed with a preset angle by moving a pressing element in a receiving space to be locked in a flexible unit(85) of the pressing element. The pressing element is inserted into the receiving unit to prevent the loss of the pressing element from the receiving unit. A first fixing unit(83) fixes a second fixing unit(9d) to the receiving unit.
