FIELD: information technologies. ^ SUBSTANCE: mobile terminal and mobile communications system are proposed. The mobile terminal executes a non-urgent communication in IP-network with a non-urgent communication terminal via the first call control device and urgent communication with an urgent communication terminal via the second call control device. The mobile terminal comprises a processor of urgent communication session establishment. The processor ensures execution of urgent communication session establishment process without execution of location registration process for urgent communication for a mobile phone in the second control device, if the information arrived from IP-network informs that previously a process of location registration for this mobile terminal was completed for non-urgent communication in the first call control device. ^ EFFECT: reduction of pause prior to beginning of urgent communication. ^ 6 cl, 16 dwg
