A universal container for bulk cargo comprises a container with an upper loading hole and a lower unloading hole, a power framework. As a power framework a sling structure is used. The sling structure is formed by sling tapes and loops. The bottom of sling structure is equipped with a protective detachable casing. The container is made as a box equipped with a protective tunnel containing the sling tapes. The upper loading hole is made in the form of a sleeve, and the lower unloading hole is equipped with loading and unloading valves.
