The device has a receiving container (3) containing used fluids. A draining and washing mechanism (4) is designed to drain the tank by an evacuation and wash the tank under pressure by an opening of a valve (16). An opened float (11) is arranged in an upper part (27) of the device and a drainage opening (26) arranged in lower part of the device. The float is interacted on springs (9, 9') and on guiding rods (10, 10') and driven under the effect of proper weight of the float at the time of filling or draining out the tank. The float is controlled by an arrival of the guiding rods.
