<p>The process for preparation of a photoluminescent powder material, comprises mixing a powder resin and a photoluminescent powder pigment (40-70 mass%) for obtaining a photoluminescent composition, hot extruding and then hardening the photoluminescent composition, crushing the photoluminescent composition to obtain the photoluminescent powder material, and filtering the photoluminescent powder material. The photoluminescent pigment is made of non-magnetic powder, and includes phosphorescent pigments and/or fluorescent pigments. The process for preparation of a photoluminescent powder material, comprises mixing a powder resin and a photoluminescent powder pigment (40-70 mass%) for obtaining a photoluminescent composition, hot extruding and then hardening the photoluminescent composition, crushing the photoluminescent composition to obtain the photoluminescent powder material, and filtering the photoluminescent powder material. The photoluminescent pigment is made of non-magnetic powder, and includes phosphorescent pigments and/or fluorescent pigments. The photoluminescent powder material has particles having a size of less than 200 mu m. The photoluminescent composition further comprises an additive including colored pigments and/or thermal pigments. Independent claims are included for: (1) a photoluminescent powder material for coating a metal surface; and (2) a process for applying a coating on a metal surface.</p> |
