<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool even a large-sized secondary battery. <P>SOLUTION: The system is provided with a liquid cooling type secondary battery 2 cooled by circulating liquid for cooling, a motor-driven pump 4 for circulating the liquid for cooling between the liquid cooling type secondary battery 2 and an outside through a liquid channel 3, and a radiator 5 fitted on the way of the liquid channel 3 set outside the liquid cooling type secondary battery 2 for radiating heat contained in the cooling liquid.
