PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a good appearance seat for a vehicle having a cover assembly arranged in the seat side part and tightly covered along the shape of a pad assembly by means of a simple mechanism. SOLUTION: In the boundary part between the side part and the main part of the cover assembly covering the seat, the upper end side part with a proper length is fixed along the back face lower part of the main part and the boundary part of the back face lower part of the side part, and a hanging supporter is arranged so that hanging is carried out while the lower end is fixed in the end of a cover seam in front of the back face lower end part bottom gusset. When the lower end part of the cover assembly is pulled toward its back face, the cover assembly is mounted to the seat. The hanging supporter is made of a material having a lower elongation rate than the cover assembly.
