PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce mixing of oxide in molten solder jetted from a nozzle. SOLUTION: A solder jet relaxation portion 1 has cages 2, 3 each having an opening atop and also having a plurality of holes bored in a bottom portion and a side portion, and molten solder flowing out of outlets 30a, 40a, and 50a is taken in from the upper part of the cage 2. The solder jet relaxation portion 1 discharges the molten solder taken in from the upper opening portion of the cage 2 from flowing-out holes provided to bottom portions and side portions of the cages 2, 3. Consequently, since the cages 2, 3 reduce flow rates of the molten solder, even when the oxide is mixed in the molten solder, the oxide can be filtered out by the cages 2, 3, thereby reducing the amount of oxide produced when the molten solder jetted from a primary jet nozzle 10 and a secondary jet nozzle 20 returns to a tank body portion 60. Consequently, oxide jetted from the primary jet nozzle 10 and secondary jet nozzle 20 together with the molten solder can be reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
