<p>A method and device for resource configuration are provided. The method includes: acquiring the ability of a user device, and obtaining multiple resource configuration modes according to the ability of the user device; acquiring the resource configuration modes in which the data carrying capacity can meet the service requirements from the multiple resource configuration modes; when the electrical energy of the user device needs to be saved, selecting the resource configuration mode which uses the least Radio Frequency(RF) chains from the resource configuration modes in which the data carrying capacity can meet the service requirements, and configuring the component carriers and the RF chains used for each component carrier according to the resource configuration mode which uses the least RF chains. With the solution above, the RF chain resources used by the user device are reduced in the condition that the service requirements of the user device are met.</p> |
