PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine represented by a Pachinko game machine or slot machine, capable of guaranteeing the fairness of the play. SOLUTION: The game machine includes winning determination result announcing means 212 and 214 for announcing the result of winning determination based on starting information of a second starting information storing means 308 preferentially to the result of winning determination based on starting information of a first starting information storing means 308; and an advance notice announcing means for announcing an advance notice which informs a player in advance that the result of winning determination is a specific result of winning determination based on the result of advance determination before the execution of winning determination by a winning determination means. The advance notice announcing means does not announce a new advance notice based on starting information different from the one used in the advance determination but stored in the first starting information storing means 308 on condition that an advance determination means derives the result of advance determination suggesting that the result of winning determination is the specific result of winning determination.
