PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone without causing an image display part to contact a face during a phone call, in a folding type or sliding type cellular phone. SOLUTION: In this folding type cellular phone composed by rotatably connecting a first housing including a call reception part and an image display part with a second housing including an operation switch and a call transmission part, the call reception part is arranged in a swollen part projecting relative to the image display part at an end of the first housing. In this sliding type cellular phone composed by connecting a first housing including a call reception part and an image display part with a second housing including an operation switch and a call transmission part in a slidable manner to be slidable with respect to each other, the call reception part is arranged in a swollen part projecting relative to the image display part at an end of the first housing.
