PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a connector capable of simply and surely mounting a shield connector on a shield case. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of a connector 1 is provided with a shield connector 2 equipped with a shield shell 40 attached to a connector housing 30, a shield case 10 having an insertion hole 14, a cover 5, pinching parts 6, and clips 7. The shield case 10 is provided with a pair of erected parts 15 erected at an outer edge part of the insertion hole 14 with an interval, and a locking hole 19 fitted to each erected part 15. The shield shell 40 is provided with second erected parts 44 to be superposed on the erected parts 15. The pinching parts 6 are continued to the cover 5 and pinch the erected parts 15 and the second erected parts 44. The clips 7 are provided with a pair of pinching pieces 71, 72 pinching the pinching parts 6 between them, coupling pieces 73 coupling ends of the pair of pinching pieces 71, 72, and locking pieces 74 continued to the coupling pieces 73 to be locked to the locking holes 19.
