<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise filter which does not require a middle leg and can be miniaturized, in a small filter for reducing normal mode noise and common mode noise. <P>SOLUTION: The noise filter has two magnetic legs, a soft magnetic core having two flanges for connecting ends of the two magnetic legs, and coils prepared at each of the two magnetic legs.
