Disclosed is a wireless base station (BTS) equipped with a timing adjustment unit (15) configured so as to adjust the transmission timing of a frame sent by a second synchronization request signal transmission unit (12) on the basis of the processing delay time within a relay device (10) and the round-trip time (RTT) of a wireless device (RE) at the relay device (10), wherein each wireless device control device (REC#1 and REC#2) is configured so as to calculate the round-trip time (RTT) of the wireless device (RE) at each wireless device control device (REC#1 and REC#2) on the basis of the difference (T14) between the transmission time (R1) of a first synchronized signal and the reception time (R4) of a fourth synchronized signal.
