<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input circuit controlling a smaller potential change than a conventional circuit without using a capacitor having a small capacitance value, and also to provide an analog/digital converter equipped with the input circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A difference in potential to be applied is made to be 1/2 without changing the capacitance value of an offset correction capacitor, thereby reducing an offset correction amount to 1/2. To reduce the potential difference to 1/2, an offset correction capacitor connected to a differential type positive terminal is short-circuited with the other end of the offset correction capacitor connected to a negative terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
