PURPOSE: An electrophoresis display device is provided to express an excellent reflection rate by having a pixel electrode of maximized size. CONSTITUTION: A substrate has a gate line(121), a data line(151), and a switching element. A dielectric film is formed on a gate line and a data line to overlap with the gate line and the data line. A pixel electrode(190) is electrically connected to the switching element. The pixel electrode is not overlapped with the gate line and the data line. The dielectric layer is formed as a photoacryl. |
