<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily read document data, which have been transferred from an MFP to a computer connected over a network, from the computer in response to a request from the MFP. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU of an MFP executes a program including the steps of: specifying a group to which a log-in user belongs (S3510); displaying a listing of document data transferred by the user himself/herself and document data transferred to a group shared folder of the group to which the user belongs (S3530); reading a transfer parameter at a time, when selected document data are transferred to a computer, from a data management table (S3550) when the document data are selected (S3540:YES); and transferring from the computer or reading from a built-in hard disk the selected document data using the read-out transfer parameter (S3560). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
