PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide color development structure by which desired colored light can be observed at a larger angle. SOLUTION: The color development structure includes: a top face 26 formed on a surface and reflecting light; and a bottom face 25 parallel to the top face 26 and formed on the surface. In the bottom face 25, the position in the perpendicular direction to the top face 26 is displaced from the bottom face 25. When the light reflected by the top face 26 overlaps the light reflected by the bottom face 25, the wavelength corresponding to the amount of deviation is strengthened.
