<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an upper belt 120 to be in an adherence state necessary for conveying of a recording medium P for a lower belt 110 even when an upper belt support 160 is stored in a second casing 10B while the upper belt 120 floats from the lower belt 110 without being retained with a hook 172. <P>SOLUTION: When the upper belt support 160 and a lower belt support 150 are moved in the second casing 10B to be stored in the second casing 10B while the upper belt 120 floats from the lower belt support 150 without being retained with the hook 172, a push member 177 is brought into contact with a projection part 179B which is on an end of the side of a side plate 162A of an opposed plate 164, the push member 177 pushes the projection part 179B and the upper belt support 160 is pushed down downward.
