PURPOSE: An adaptive location mobile relay device is provided to supply a system which is strong about shadowing and fading channel by an obstacle through an adaptive movement of a location of a relay device. CONSTITUTION: A relay unit(100) moves to a neighboring location of an initial location if a channel environment is smaller than a specific threshold value. The relay device measures a channel environment with a base station(200) to the neighboring location. If a measured channel environment is good, the relay device continuously relays a signal between the base station and the mobile terminal(300) to a neighboring location.
