PURPOSE: A thin film solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to increase the efficiency of a solar cell by forming a micro lens including a nano particle. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of micro lenses(105a) are formed on the substrate and comprises concentrated nano particles. A transparent conductive film(107) is formed on a substrate including a plurality of micro lenses. A semiconductor layer(109) is formed on the transparent conductive film. A metal electrode layer is formed on the semiconductor layer. A monolayer of a hydrophobic OTS-SAM is coated between the substrate and a plurality micro lenses of a hemi spherical type.
